Control panel swap on this 22 year old pump station which had lasted a long time, but now it was time for an overhaul, out with the old and in with the new, beacon was rewired and tank cleaned out, running like a dream, see you in 6 months for your twice a year service.

The exterior styling was designed so that it didn’t look like a traditional ‘static caravan’, but has the style of a contemporary property, with the easy maintenance cladding (available in various colours). Inside, you will find lots of options one and two bedrooms. All Annexes come fully winterised for all year living and with a 12 month warranty.
The benefits of being on a wheeled chassis for planning gains, also to move with a 4X4 to position easily and remove in the future. Being off the ground also gives excellent air flow around the unit. The future residual value on these on re-sale have proven to be very solid vs a conventional static caravan.

1st Fix Plumbing for Waste & Heating
The guys this week have been busy fitting out this luxury cabin with heating pipes and waste pipes ready for the warmth and comfort it deserves.
2nd Fix
Over the next few weeks our guys will be installing all of the sanitary ware including three toilets, wash basins and shower cubicles we will then move on to installing the radiators ready for testing before our customer arranges delivery to site.
Site fit out
Once the cabin is delivered to site we will attend and attach all the major utilities including, mains water and sewage connections, ready for the client to occupy this beautiful bespoke cabin.
